1974: Establishment of the company in Keratsini, by the brothers Manolis and Dimitris Manouzas, with the purpose of collecting used mineral oils and distributing heating oil.

1998: Giannis Manouzas joins the company and the headquarters are moved to 108 Anchialou Street, in Piraeus, with the exclusive focus on the collection & transportation of used mineral oils.

2004: The company is converted into a sole proprietorship and the headquarters are moved to 143 Sparta Street in Piraeus. A license is issued by the Prefecture of Piraeus.

2005: Issuance of a new nationwide permit for the collection and transportation of waste lubricating oils by the Ministry of Environment

2008: Replacement of the tanker vehicle

2013: Conversion of the sole proprietorship into a limited liability company with the name "MANOIL-MANOUZAS IOANNIS & SIA E.E." and the distinctive title "MANOIL" - Issuance of a new nationwide license for the collection-transportation of waste lubricating oils

2017: Expansion of our services by the Ministry of Environment, with licensing for the management of additional hazardous waste, strengthening our position in the market

2018: Transfer to new headquarters (Spartis 145 - Piraeus), which ideally serves the needs of the business

2021: Amendment and addition of new hazardous waste management codes to the existing permit

2023: Renewal of our license by the Waste Management Directorate of the Ministry of Environment for ten (10) years, ensuring the continuity of our services

2024: Upgrade with a new tanker vehicle, enhancing our efficiency and environmental responsibility
